Lexcel quality mark
We have implemented a number of procedures and policies to support our quality management and control.
In February 2008, we were awarded the Lexcel quality mark.
The Lexcel practice management standard is only awarded to law firms that meet the highest management and client care standards. We undergo a rigorous independent assessment every year (last time in March 2021) to ensure we meet the required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.

Please note that it is our practice to provide all our clients with an estimate of fees for approval before undertaking work. We aim to be as transparent as possible in relation to how we charge for our work and welcome any questions you may have as to any fee estimate provided to you.
