Chris is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team with extensive experience in commercial and civil litigation.

Described in the Legal 500 as “a realistic pursuer of claims”, Chris has built up a loyal client base, primarily through word of mouth recommendations from clients. Chris advises individuals and smaller SME’s in respect of claims in the County Courts and the High Court.

Chris has a particular interest in complex contractual disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, trust, fraud, insolvency, professional negligence and financial claims to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
