Chris is a Partner with extensive experience in commercial and civil litigation. Described in the Legal 500 as “a realistic pursuer of claims”, Chris has built up a loyal client base, primarily through recommendations, advising individuals and smaller businesses in respect of claims in the County Courts and the High Court, with a particular interest in contractual disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, trust, fraud, insolvency, professional negligence and financial claims to the FOS/FSCS.
