Helen is a Partner with more than 16 years’ experience in employment law and business immigration.  She has been described in the Legal 500 as “highly professional” and a “tenacious advisor”.  Helen advises on all aspects of employment law but has a passion for discrimination and whistleblowing law, and thorny dismissal issues.

Helen heads our immigration team and advises international and European clients on business immigration issues including assisting them to employ the best overseas talent and navigating the ever changing immigration rules.

Her clients include leading companies in their field and professional and high net worth individuals.

She regularly takes part in seminars and enjoys providing in house training to clients on employment and business immigration issues.

Prior to her career in law, Helen worked as a journalist at BBC, London Tonight and Sky news.

Her interests outside of work other than her family include paying a lot of money to keep her horse in the luxury that he has become accustomed to.

  • Acting on behalf of senior Bank executives in relation to their redundancy situation and the Bank’s failure to carry out a fair selection process and offer suitable employment
  • Acting on behalf of a senior executive pursuing whistle blowing claims
