Peter is a highly experienced real estate lawyer, able to advise on commercial and residential transactions, often working in collaboration with corporate and commercial colleagues. Since qualifying in 1983, Peter has advised clients, commercial and private, drawn from around the world, both in the UK and in Europe on a range of frequently complex property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, sale and leasebacks, retail developments, office lettings and industrial developments, secured lending, forward funding, construction contracts and maritime related property transactions, to name but a few.
