Edzard is an employment law specialist and heads our employment team and German Desk .
He is dual qualified as Rechtsanwalt in Germany and solicitor in England & Wales. Edzard is bilingual in English and German and acts for many German, Austrian and Swiss multi-nationals with UK operations. He specialises in providing day-to-day UK employment law advice to corporate clients on risk and strategic HR issues relating to their UK workforce, particularly in relation to handling workplace conflicts, exits and restructuring and redundancy exercises. He has a particular expertise in managing multi-jurisdictional workforce restructuring projects and he frequently advises our corporate clients on boardroom disputes, executive recruitments and senior management exits.
