Germany is an important market for UK business – the world’s fourth largest economy and the UK’s second largest export market. For clients wishing to do business in Germany, or German companies setting up in the UK, we have established a German Desk to provide a hub for support and information.

We frequently support our British and US clients in respect of their employment matters in Germany. The Head of German Desk in our London office is an experienced and dual qualified employment law specialist and will often take the strategic planning and project managing lead in respect of reorganisation or workforce change projects whilst working closely with our highly regarded local employment teams in Germany on implementation.
