Our China Desk is headed by Philip Henson 菲利普 汉森, Partner合伙人, Solicitor律师 (WeChat: PhilipHenson).

Philip is frequently asked to speak at events in the People’s Republic of China (Beijing, Hangzhou and Shanghai), and is keen to encourage increased cultural understanding and trade between the UK and China.

Our team, which includes a Mandarin speaking real estate lawyer Kamila Segien 张觅 have worked with high net worth individuals and investors from the People’s Republic of China, SME’s who are expanding to the UK and Europe and state owned entities.

Kamila studied at Yunnan University, Kunming, on their Chinese language programme, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Chinese-English Translation & Interpreting from the University of Essex. She also holds an undergraduate, and a Master’s degree in Chinese Studies from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland.
